A COMMEMORATION to mark the 200th anniversary of the Hume and Hovell expedition passing through the region will be held this Sunday, November 24.
The bicentenary with a special event starting at the Hume and Hovell Centenary cairn on the Stanley-Myrtleford Road kicks off at 10am.
The monument is around three kilometres from the village centre on the right-hand side heading to Myrtleford.
