TO date, the Rutherglen community has raised $279,521.33 since they began fundraising for the Good Friday Appeal in 1983, while the Springhurst community has raised $25,875.02 since 2016.
These two small towns alone contributed $15,487.70 and $4630.78 respectively in 2021 and have fundraising initiatives planned for this year's appeal.
